CondomDepot.com offers its products across the globe. When placing an International order please understand that the order MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. All international shipments are verified before shipping with either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

- WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA, CANADA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Condom Depot Return Policy
Unlike some online stores, we will NOT re-sell any items that get returned to the Condom Depot.
All returned condoms are donated to local HIV awareness programs or destroyed. However, we strive for a great overall Shopping Experience and want to keep our customers happy. We are pleased to offer the following Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return all or part it to us within 30 Days for a Store Credit or Refund (Minus Shipping Fees)*.
In the event there is a mistake with your order, missing or damaged products, we will happily refund your original form of payment or reship your order.
*On quantities under 100 Condoms. Wholesale / Bulk Orders (Orders containing 100 or more condoms) can not be returned. In the event of a mistake with any Wholesale / Bulk orders, we will gladly refund your original payment method or reship the correct product.
Returns of Vibrating Toys / Massagers
Due to FDA regulations, local health Codes, and most importantly the safety of our customers, all Sales for Massagers or Vibrating Products are Final. If you receive a defective product, or received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange your product for an Identical Working Unit or refund your purchase upon return. You must have the original packaging and you must call us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
