At Condom Depot, your health, safety, and privacy are our top priorities. For that reason, we never resell returned products. Not only would that be unsanitary, it would go against everything we stand for as a company.

Unlike some online retailers, returned items are never restocked or resold at Condom Depot.

Whenever possible, returned condoms are donated to nonprofit HIV awareness and prevention organizations, or responsibly destroyed if donation is not possible.

We also believe that shopping with us should be simple and stress-free. That’s why we proudly offer the following Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Retail Orders)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return all or part of it within 30 days of delivery for either:

Store Credit, or
Refund to your original payment method

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A 15% Return Merchandise Fee will apply
• Return authorization must be obtained before sending items back

This policy applies to retail orders containing fewer than 100 condoms.

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Wholesale / Bulk Orders (100+ Condoms)

Orders containing 100 or more condoms are considered Bulk / Wholesale orders and cannot be returned due to health, safety, and inventory control standards.

However, if there is an error with your order — such as:

• Incorrect product shipped
• Missing items
• Products damaged during shipping

We will gladly reship the correct product or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Any issues with bulk orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Adult Toys & Personal Massagers

Due to FDA guidance, hygiene regulations, and customer safety standards, all sales of vibrating and non-vibrating adult toys or personal massagers are final.

These products cannot be returned once delivered.

If you receive:

• A defective product, or
• The wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly:

• Exchange the item for an identical replacement, or
• Issue a refund once the defective product is returned and inspected

All defect or exchange claims must include:

Original packaging
Return authorization from our support team

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Returned Product Handling

All returned products received by Condom Depot are removed from inventory and never resold.

Whenever possible, returned condoms are donated to nonprofit HIV awareness organizations, which distribute them free of charge within local communities.

If donation is not possible, the products are safely destroyed.

We do not resell returned products under any circumstances.


Additional Return Conditions

• Returns must be authorized in advance
• Condom Depot reserves the right to deny returns that fall outside this policy
• Packages returned without authorization may be refused
• Refunds are issued after returned products are received and inspected
